ABOUT JARRAH RUBINSTEIN

When I was in Primary School, a teacher told me that my superpower was the ability to talk to anyone. At the time, I would have much preferred teleportation, flight, or super speed. As I’ve grown older, I’ve realised this ability truly is a superpower, and I feel lucky and grateful to have it. I love talking to people, especially meeting someone new. Whether it is the person sitting next to me on the bus, a plane, on a World of Warcraft raid, or in meeting room of clients, I have a passion for creating genuine connection with everyone I meet. This passion helped shape my career and education, starting with studying a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and Marketing. After my studies I went into the field of Market Research. This field allowed me to turn my love of learning about people into a career, where I could use my insights to create products and services that were what people truly wanted. My Market Research journey has been varied, from managing a wide scope of intimate, specific projects, to huge international strategic pieces with the likes of Amazon, Google, and Unilever. I have had the opportunity to act as an outside consultant, as well as an in-house insights specialist, giving me different perspectives and a broad skillset. Across all environments, I’ve been praised by my colleagues and associates for my enthusiasm, ‘can-do’ attitude, and camaraderie. Outside the office I’m a huge sports/esports fan, supporting Chelsea FC, Cloud9 LoL, and playing Disc Golf. I also enjoy giving back to the community through Volunteer work and coaching Ultimate Frisbee at a High School and University level. Cheers, Jarrah
