As Associate Commissioner for Engagement and Director of Partnerships, I lead conference-wide engagement, partnership, and fundraising strategies that advance the mission, visibility, and long-term sustainability of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. My work centers on building and stewarding strong relationships across member institutions, corporate partners, donors, alumni, and community stakeholders to drive impact and shared value.I oversee the cultivation, solicitation, and management of corporate sponsorships, philanthropic partnerships, and fundraising initiatives that support revenue growth, brand alignment, and enhanced opportunities for student-athletes and member institutions. This includes identifying new funding opportunities, managing existing partnerships, aligning donor and partner interests with conference priorities, and supporting championship events, signature programs, and strategic initiatives.In this role, I also guide engagement efforts designed to deepen connection and loyalty among alumni, supporters, and partners, while collaborating closely with conference leadership, athletic administrators, and external stakeholders. I work to ensure consistency, accountability, and strategic alignment across all engagement, partnership, and fundraising efforts.This position integrates relationship management, fundraising strategy, revenue development, brand growth, and stakeholder engagement to support the continued excellence and growth of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and its member institutions.
