   I work on a 3 man support team for IT support to 3 factories for pet food production. We support then entire infrastructure, copper, wireless and fiber, routing and switching, server and data center, application and automation. We also support the distribution side as well. Our IT team is the only local IT support on site so we answer all help desk type of roles as well. End user and customer support functions. We manage our vendors, assist with project management from an IT perspective, a very well rounded position.
