I lead the Product line of business at Adaptavist, accountable for a portfolio of products and the teams that manage, deliver and improve that portfolio. This includes the top selling ScriptRunner suite, Content Formatting and other Confluence products, and some newer problem spaces on Slack and Trello. We have grown our product customer base faster than Atlassian, meeting the needs of over customers and millions of users. ScriptRunner is the top selling add-on on the Atlassian marketplace, with 10x revenue growth over the last 5 years. I\'ve created plenty of opportunity for people off the back of this growth, and plenty of learning for myself. We have scaled the team from an initial 12 engineers to over 150 people working on our products today, with global growth including teams in Toronto, Kuala Lumpur, and London, in all functions involved in product development, from product management, marketing, design and engineering to customers success and support. We\'ve built a partner programme to service solution partners building on top of ScriptRunner. We\'ve built out 24x7 support and engineering capability to better support our customers.We have both acquired and divested products, including a successful sale of Test Management for Jira to SmartBear in 2020, and of Project Configurator to AppFire in 2021.
