I am a servant leader of a results-focused team of estimators who develop proposals that surpass our client\'s expectations. This allows the project teams a solid foundation to execute world-class projects and allows our organization to grow. Our projects include a variety of scopes within industrial facilities across the world including electrical construction, electrical engineering, maintenance & support, automation, instrumentation, control panel construction, consulting, analytics, and operational technology. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies in markets such as consumer packaged goods, data centers, energy & chemical, food & beverage, value-added ag, warehouse & distribution, water & wastewater, and more.My responsibilities include ensuring the development of people and standards is happening well. This allows the team to function in the best way to collaborate across the organization maximizing Interstates\' success. Having a positive impact on our people, clients, and communities is something I strive for. I lead, onboard, mentor, and train several team members across the organization no matter where they are. I am a self-starter and driven to solve problems. Developing innovative tools to automate processes and maximize effectiveness is what I am passionate about. I seek to gather and utilize historical data to hone in on future estimates. I enjoy building relationships and working with clients, manufacturers, distributors, and team members from all levels of the organization. In addition to what I have learned in school or on the job, I am a lifelong learner with many self-taught skills. My ability to learn new things quickly has helped me to be successful in many different fields. I enjoy being constantly challenged and learning new things. Some of the skills that I have self-taught include Power BI development, Power Automate, home automation, IT, camera systems, programming, real estate investing, property management, construction, remodeling, plumbing, auto mechanic, auto body, home brewing, and winemaking.
