Grit. passion and perseverance. Being an immigrant from Peru at age 11 was no simple task. I was blessed to have these two incredible role models- my father, who was a lawyer in Peru, and my mom, who was an accountant. Both which came to this country and had to begin their new lives working at McDonalds and an Apple Factory.and I don\'t mean the Apple device you\'re probably reading this from, I mean literally packing apples. Both have not only grown in this country but they left their whole entire lives for my sister and I to have a good education and be able to fulfill our dreams. They are my force, strength and drive to be the best at what I do and help others through obstacles to achieve their goals. Teaching and learning has always been my passion. Thanks to my education background and networking, I have been able to use this passion for development to empower and develop many successful individuals in their careers. Currently, I am fortunate to work for a fortune 500 company and business owners from different backgrounds, working on influence and two-way learning.
