Currently working for the Creator Guided E-commerce platform, a highly successful company that drives 5 billion dollars in annual sales- Led the development of API-first domain-driven microservices, empowering features like Collections, Product Sets, and Pinned Posts that allow Creators to create curated content for the platform and earn commissions. These microservices were built on Golang and ECS, incorporating data stores such as DynamoDB, MySQL, and Redis- Implemented storytelling video posts to allow uploading up to 10 one-minute videos to a carousel to capture shoppers\' attention and share more in-depth content leading up to 65% more click-outs to purchase than traditional posts- Implemented the Lexorank ranking system across various microservices, enabling Jira-style ranking of items with an O(1) time complexity, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of the platform- Taking ownership of key microservices within the platform, I actively troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end production issues, ranging from outages to performance degradations, across various clients such as iOS, Android, and web and backend services- Orchestrating multiple zero-downtime data migrations between SQL data stores or from NoSQL datastore to SQL and vice versa, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining data integrity.
