With over ten years of experience in the US Navy, I have honed my skills in command and control, strategy, leadership, and tactics, and have contributed to the success of multiple operations and exercises across the globe.In my previous roles as a Weapons and Tactics Officer and a Quality Assurance Manager, I was responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the performance, safety, and readiness of the squadron. I also led and mentored a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
