As the Associate Vice President for Academic Technology and Customer Experience at The George Washington University, I lead the strategic direction and operational execution of IT service and academic technology initiatives that enhance the university\'s mission, vision, and values. With more than 19 years of experience in the higher education sector, I have a proven track record of delivering customer-focused, innovative, and cost-effective solutions that support teaching, learning, research, and administration.My core competencies include digital transformation and emerging technologies, organizational design and change management, project planning and execution, budget management, CRM and ERP strategy, business partnership and collaboration, operational continuity and disaster recovery, cybersecurity and data privacy, and IT policy development. In this role, I also support leadership development efforts that prepare emerging and established professionals for future governance opportunities within EDUCAUSE.
