Jared has spent 16 years of his life here in Central Texas and has ties to some major Austin MSA developments through his father, Senior Commercial Lender, Greg Vincent. Greg and Jared worked directly on many real estate developments in the Austin market. Having worked with Mr. Vincent on the commercial mortgage side has given Jared a unique perspective on the underwriting process needed to acquire and hold commercial real estate assets across many capital structures.
