Senior management consultant and program leader with 19+ years in Health IT. My career began in the commercial payer space where I led Medicare D Product teams for Express Scripts. Then upon moving to the Washington DC metro area I joined the federal management consulting space where I learned how to turn strategy into repeatable delivery via governance, architecture, PMO/PLM maturity, and implementation of KPIs/OKRs. As a consultant my goal is simple, align me and my teams\' execution with the mission. Some examples of recent work include: While at GovCIO I led Incident Management during the VA MISSION Act go-live, then led PMO delivery in Community Care. I was then promoted to Sr Leadership and led PMO delivery across multiple Product Lines.
