I’m a results-driven operations leader and real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience building scalable systems, managing diverse teams, and guiding businesses through growth and transformation. My background bridges real estate investment, operational consulting, and strategic leadership across marketing, construction, and home services industries.For over a decade, I was part of a dynamic team that led operations for several of Idaho’s fastest-growing marketing agencies. I contributed to the design and implementation of scalable systems, automated reporting frameworks, and streamlined client management processes that fueled sustainable agency growth.I hold an active real estate license in Idaho and have served as an associate broker since 2019. My personal and professional real estate portfolio includes more than 50 units across Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah—spanning residential, commercial, and industrial properties. These range from multi-family housing and retail buildings to an aviation hangar and international short-term rentals.I’m also actively involved in several operating companies- AdvantaServ: An HVAC, plumbing, and electrical startup where I led the branding and advertising rollout and continue to provide operational support and growth strategy- American Pump & Drilling: A water well drilling and pump services company serving Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming. I support business development, operations, and client relations- Cherry Glass & Aluminum: A multi-generational glass company specializing in commercial storefronts, windows, residential glass, and shower enclosures. I’ve contributed to its operations, marketing, and strategic direction.Beyond these ventures, I’ve consulted for companies in commercial construction, construction logistics, project management, cryptocurrency mining, and tenant-based real estate—delivering process improvements, growth strategies, and project execution oversight.I’m passionate about community and education, having previously served—and currently serving—on a local school board. I also volunteer regularly with youth and adult programs at my church and support various local causes.Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my wife of 20 years, Alejandra, and our family. Thomas Drilling began operations in 1977 with drilling and pump work, while American Pump began in 1981 specializing in pumps. Together they bring a combined 85+ years of industry excellence with a goal to provide a more comprehensive service range and knowledge base while continuing to provide exceptional service to our communities in the greater Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming regions ensuring the delivery of water to Agricultural, Domestic, Industrial/Commercial and Municipal customers.
