   Responsible for the Hydraulic Pump and Motor Division ($450M/yr, employees) lean transformation initiatives across multiple sites both domestically and internationally through the implementation of the Parker Lean System- Led and facilitated three MSG President and thirteen GM kaizen events across the division resulting in 850+ engaged team members, 81 HPTs, 1,200+ safety/quality concerns eliminated,$12.5M annualized DNE savings, and $6.2M inventory savings- Led the Division Cost AIP team to improve NMM 98 bps from FY25 to FY26 YTD on 2% lower sales volumes- Pivotal leader in the division that improved ROS from 11% to 17% and NMM improved from 23% to 27% from FY22 to FY24 - Facilitated Strategy Deployment at all BUs to align targets, methods, & resources throughout the organization around a clear vision- Implemented a post-kaizen PDCA action and metric tracking process for sustainment, accountability, and leadership development that is now a best practice across the group- Led the new HPT Framework implementation across the division to reinvigorate our HPT culture- Participated in the Parker MSG Mentoring Program, mentoring young high potential employees both outside & inside the division- Led the Productivity & Automation AIP to implement visual monthly productivity tracking reports with the operations, materials, & accounting teams for better alignment & decision making resulting in 0.3% reduction in wages/sales on 24% lower sales in FY25- Developed and executed the lean organization structure for the division to develop the next wave of talent- Trained and developed associates in the PLS methodology and tools to eliminate waste in all administrative, manufacturing, and support functions
