I provided executive-level leadership with full P&L accountability for all business activities for company offering an Uber-type delivery service for e-Commerce companies. I hold responsibility for all aspects of managing a unique home delivery service. I create and manage software applications, develop fleets and train drivers, and have learned many common e-Commerce systems of today, from shopping carts, e.g, Shopify, to warehouse integration software. I recruit, hire, and train a technical and operational team, optimize profits, and satisfy customers at both ends of the spectrum. I’ve introduced a business model that features benefits in shipping logistics, reduced overhead costs, rapid delivery for e-Commerce, dynamic pricing, and customer satisfaction. We execute Last Mile Delivery operations for Canada’s largest privately held 3PL: Metro Logistics e-Commerce. We set up delivery fleet operations for FTD Floral. I reduced e-Commerce delivery costs by 20% by creating an innovative logistics and delivery model. I increased profits by 10% or more for many e-Commerce companies. Our delivery model is now mimicked by Amazon and other major e-Commerce companies.
