I have navigated the team through an acquisition, reorganizations, and staff reductions. I led the design and construction of a podcast video studio, implementing a new audio and video production pipeline to meet evolving industry needs. I’ve established and maintained recording and mixing workflows, processes, and audio specifications for over 50 podcasts. I am also deeply involved in talent development, training new engineers and producers and creating skill-building programs. Over the years, I have engineered or produced dozens of award-winning podcasts across multiple genres under the SiriusXM, Earwolf, and Stitcher brands, including The Sporkful, Beautiful Stories from Anonymous People, Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend, The Mel Robbins Podcast, Comedy Bang Bang, How Did This Get Made, Vibe Check, and The Katie Couric Podcast.
