With over 30 years of leadership positions in anatomic/clinical pathology practice, medical devices, medical diagnostics, eLearning and consulting across the globe, I bring deep expertise to individuals, institutions, and companies engaged in medical and healthcare activities. These experiences enables me to assist in developing innovative strategies in Diagnostics, Pathology, Infectious Disease, Medical Imaging and eLearning. My mission is to educate others and create safety and quality protocols for better patient outcomes. As a passionate physician, I am known for a personal mantra, “patients first, and success will follow.” My work has included many years in CMO roles for global industry leaders in Healthcare, transforming the cultures to a solution based environment that drove enterprises into new markets and to the #1 position in market share against competitors. Through my service with the College of American Pathologists (CAP), as President and member of governing board for 13 years, I assisted in the development, teaching and improving better understanding of best practices for quality outcomes in laboratory and Pathology. Proud to be sought after for advice, I have given well over a invited lectures and media interviews including Live National Cable & Network interviews. Topics as diverse as HIV, Influenza, SARS, Cancer, Genomics, and on a wide variety of new medical technologies.
