About Jared Nepa

Jared Nepa serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Insurance Solutions Distribution for Lincoln Financial Distributors, Inc.(LFD), the wholesaling distribution organization for Lincoln Financial. In this role, Nepa leads distribution for Lincoln’s Life, Executive Benefits and MoneyGuard businesses partnering across the enterprise and with external partners to develop and implement strategies to improve wholesaler value and effectiveness. He also leads LFD’s Competitive Market Solutions group focused on value-added resources and services to support financial professionals and clients.Nepa most recently served as vice president and national sales manager for Annuities, leading one of the largest sales teams within LFD. He joined Lincoln Financial in 2006 as an internal wholesaler before moving into business development, external wholesaling and various leadership roles.Nepa serves on the Board of Directors for Lincoln Financial Distributors, INC. He is currently a Co-Chair for the MMI Annuity & Insurance Solutions Community. He’s an active member of the Alliance for Lifetime Income, an industry organization that educates Americans about the important of having protected income in retirement. He participates in the Coalition for Equity Wholesaling, an organization formed in 2021 to help create a more diverse workforce in the wholesaling industry and is a leadership sponsor of Lincoln Financial’s support of the United Way and the Eagles Autism Challenge.Nepa is a graduate of Colgate University. He was a linebacker for the Division 1 Colgate Raiders football team, serving as co-captain his senior year. He holds FINRA Series 6, 26 and 63 designations, as well as his Pennsylvania Producers Life Accident and Health license.
