I bring over 25 years of leadership experience in multifamily operations, marketing, HR, training, and development—driving consistent quality, performance, and growth.As Chief Operating Officer at Advenir Azora Living, I lead operations for a portfolio of apartment and build-to-rent communities across the eastern U.S, with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.Beyond my day-to-day role, I’m deeply engaged in advancing our industry and the communities we serve. I’ve served as President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, one of the largest in the nation, advocating for multifamily professionals and residents. I contribute as a Zillow Rentals Advisory Board Member, offering insights to shape products and services that support our sector. I’m also a former Board Member of Family HomeStead, helping provide emergency and transitional housing for homeless families.I’m committed to building inclusive, people-first cultures. I hold a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and am a proud graduate of the National Apartment Association’s Leadership Lyceum.For me, leadership is about more than results—it’s about leaving the people, communities, and companies I work with stronger than I found them.
