   Director of Marketing Technology Platform Engineering responsible Hyatt’s customer engagement and individualized personalization technology strategy that attempts to mimic the precision of hotel concierge in every marketing and transactional channel.* Achieved as high as a 3x engagement uplift by building a customer engagement platform that supplied millions personalized content and offer recommendations powered by AI/ML across web, mobile, email and direct channels.* Drove tens of millions in revenue by building a guest/customer engagement event platform able to respond to the guest journey in near realtime by processing millions of events and updating offers and recommendations based on direct feedback from those recommendations and proactively communicating with guests via email, SMS, Customer Service and Push Notifications when appropriate.* Built a CMS able to transform the marketing business from a calendar driven static content approach to continuous testing strategy where all content and offers are in a constant state of a/b testing allowing marketer to focus on creative approaches while allowing analytics automation to identify winning strategies.* Designed an updated offer management platform in current development that cuts to the time to market for property managers to drive better utilization and make the most of distressed inventory though responsive offers and rate plans.* Recruited, led and managed a diverse, remote, global team of approximately 30 engineers spread across agile 5 squads invested in the teams success though mentoring with radical candor and by being a servant leader.* Provided an architectural vision for the product portfolio based on Cloud Native, Server-less, Managed Services first strategy utilizing primarily AWS and built with a DevOps mentality.* Mentored developers, managers and other leaders.* Helped manage a multimillion organizational budget.* Engaged with Executive Leadership on technology strategy and process.
