   Driving transformative impact across Adobe’s Alpha and Beta programs, I lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape our product development pipeline through early customer feedback and scalable, automated systems.Since stepping into this role, I’ve continued to drive the evolution of how Adobe delivers product insights and release readiness. I manage a portfolio of Alpha and Beta programs, 46 projects and counting, across high-profile efforts spanning data analytics, AI-powered features, healthcare solutions, and enterprise collaboration tools. These programs have enabled feedback from over 525 participants, resulting in $2.7M+ in cost savings,$655K in ARR conversion in one key project, and 30+ customer reference wins directly tied to beta engagements.One of my proudest contributions has been reimagining our Alpha/Beta operational framework through automation. I designed and implemented a system that integrates three distinct technologies to eliminate manual tasks, scale template generation, and enable data-driven workflows—ultimately saving 2,200+ person-hours in 2024 alone. This automation backbone has supported over 95 projects and helped us surpass internal satisfaction goals with a 93% success rating.Equally important to me is empowering others. I’ve mentored team members, helping them grow their technical program management capabilities in areas like workflow automation, documentation, and strategic planning.
