Reduced overall hospital employee turnover from 25% in 2017 to 7% in 2018 and maintained turnover rate below 10% post-COVID. Increased employee engagement scores (EES) from 2 nd lowest within a major health system to the top 2 in 1 year and maintained EES above the 85th percentile nationwide and as high as 96 percentile.
