About Jared Rogers

I’m a highly technical Manufacturing Engineering Manager operating at the intersection of speed and precision. I specialize in rapidly drafting ideas, designing prototypes, and driving fast, effective fabrication. I excel at mobilizing teams to solve complex problems and creating scalable, efficient processes - all while staying impeccably organized. Speed without precision leads to failure, and precision without speed leads to wasted potential. Innovation thrives where these two meet. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with two Mechanical Engineering degrees from Penn Engineering as well as a degree from the Wharton School focused on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. I currently work at Relativity Space, living on the factory floor and building some of the largest space hardware found anywhere in Southern California. We are actively manufacturing the first few builds of Terran R - and I am responsible for its primary structure production line!
