I am a driven Sr. Manager of Global Reverse Logistics with a background in engineering, product field quality, and customer service. I have over 22 years of experience working at a leadership and strategy level supporting highly complex products and business processes.Improving logistics processes and customer and product ownership experiences is my passion. Most of my career has been dedicated to understanding the voice of the customer in order to resolve technical problems and design better products. Additionally, I\'m versed in reverse logistics process execution and management, including returns management, customer repair, and remanufacturing.
