About Jared Deckwa

Through my time in the Army, the Department of Defense, and private industry I have become an effective leader with more than 18 years of experience in management and leadership roles. During this time I have become skilled in enlisting the support of team members to align with project and organizational goals, coaching members on best practices, business development, sales, recruitment and HR. Due to postings worldwide and positions with many different functions and capacities, I have learned to be adaptable and flexible with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and complex systems. I also gained experience working with large, diverse, cross functional teams, both domestic and international, through face-to-face and virtual engagements to manage time-lines and projects.One thing I have learned during this time is one must never stop growing and learning.
