I report through James Drake, Director of North American Sales. With a broad software portfolio, backed by a deep inventory of advanced analytics that delivers insights, efficiencies, and automation, OpenText helps customers bridge existing and emerging technologies to safeguard their current business and expose new opportunities over the long run. Combining pragmatism, agility, and customer-centric innovation to future-proof IT investments is what we’re all about. We deliver High Tech, Low Drama! The most satisfying part of my job is having the ability to always be learning new aspects of technology.
