I\'m a partner in Weaver’s Financial Advisory Services practice passionate about providing outstanding client service and an unparalleled platform for our team members to grow, develop and advance their careers. I have over 25 years of experience assisting clients with the financial aspects of disputes and investigations, including serving as an expert witness in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. My experience includes developing and analyzing damage claims, conducting fraud and financial forensics investigations, valuing businesses and intangible assets, examining and assessing corporate governance practices and internal controls, and evaluating complex data sets resulting from allegations of breach of contract, infringement, financial misrepresentation, fraud, director, officer and employee misconduct, misuse of corporate funds and breach of fiduciary duty, among others. I regularly direct large complex engagements involving multi-disciplinary teams of forensic accountants, fraud examiners, business valuators, engineers, statisticians, data specialists, and electronic discovery and computer forensics personnel. His clients include law firms, government agencies, municipalities and corporations including senior management, general counsels and Boards of Directors spanning the financial services, high-tech, energy, construction, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, consumer products, and telecommunications industries among others.I previously served as a managing director at HSSK, LLC where I led the Disputes & Forensics practice and the Austin office. Prior to my time at HSSK, LLC, I served in a director level position in the Disputes & Investigations practice of an international publicly-traded consulting firm. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in and currently serve on the Advisory Council for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. I also regularly presents on wide range of topics including quantifying damages and conducting fraud, forensic and special investigations in and out of the litigation setting.
