   I built and led the Analytics & Innovation practice within our outsourcing division, transforming how analytics, automation, and financial processes are delivered to clients. I created a center of excellence (COE) that scaled Alteryx usage to become the 2nd highest in the firm, closed new deals, and built a multi-million-dollar pipeline. Led the turnaround of a high-risk, Fortune-scale client engagement from offtrack to ahead-of-schedule delivery by instituting a digital transformation strategy: & : Personally executed 50+ client projects and 10+ internal initiatives across restaurant, nonprofit, tech, and higher ed. Work spanned RPA, FP & A budgeting/forecasting, accounting close, payroll, invoicing, system migrations, and large-scale data reconciliation. & : Led development of productized FP & A, dashboarding, consolidation, and migration solutions.
