As the Project Manager/ Safety Advisor, I would identify performance improvement initiatives and job hazard risk assessments.Collaborate with the contractors to reduce and/or eliminate Potentially Serious incidents and Fatality events. Oversee all incident and accident investigations to ensure that all potential hazards are adequately addressed, and mitigations are adequate for the hazard. Conduct daily site inspections with detailed reports. Build weekly, monthly and quarterly PowerPoint presentations to be delivered to the Owner/ Shareholders of the overall project safety and initiatives being implemented site wide.Review and approve contractors Site Safety Plan to ensure that all expectations are in alignment with Owner expectations.Oversaw and audited all LO/TO operations to ensure safe work practices site wide. I worked with Project Management Team to create and deliver training to increase industry knowledge, worker participation, and claim reduction.
