I am a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst at Provalus, supporting an international client by monitoring and analyzing security threats. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a nationwide client, combining my technical expertise with customer-facing skills.My journey in IT started at 15 years old as an IT Technician, but my role quickly evolved into web development—even if it wasn’t officially recognized. By 17, I had already undermined a failing startup that couldn’t deliver on its promises to Hudson ISD, stepping in to build a functional alternative. Since then, I have automated business processes, managed large-scale IT systems (often 1,500+ accounts), and built custom tools to improve efficiency and security for management and C-level executives.Technology has always been my passion. I was on a computer by age 5, online by 9 or 10 (yes, dial-up days), and an entrepreneur by childhood, selling lemonade, marketing, and graphic design for online gaming communities. My skills in system administration, cloud computing, software development, and automation have enabled me to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems in various IT roles.I hold certifications in IT Automation and Customer Support and have been recognized for my work ethic, often earning Employee of the Month awards. While I originally pursued AI and Robotics in college, local availability was limited at the time, leading me to self-educate and take a hands-on approach in software development and cybersecurity.Currently, I am building Eanix, a web hosting and software development company focused on AI-driven solutions and open-source innovation. My philosophy aligns with MIT licensing and hacker culture—not in the sense of malicious hacking, but in the ethos of freedom, collaboration, and pushing technology forward.
