   Full cycle (end-end) IT recruiting (Tech & Non-Tech) for an entire global consulting firm across multiple different LOB’s including SAP, Kronos (UKG), Infor, ADP, Workforce Software, s4Hana, and SuccessFactors. I am the sole recruiter in the company and have staffed teams across our organization both domestically and internationally. Consult with our leadership team regularly regarding current/ future pipeline opportunities, while also helping manage our employee bench for billable and non-billable hours. Help to implement strategies for staffing new teams to build out each practice as well as projecting staff requirements for future projects. In charge of maintaining a resource management tool (RMT) that is used across the company to forecast our team’s billable work and help increase team’s utilization percentage. In charge of third-party vendor relationships and putting together all the appropriate documents needed such as a statement of work (SOW), NDA’s, subcontractor agreements, subcontractor requests, certificate of insurance (COI), etc. An active member and presenter for the company internal training team, presenting quarterly workshops and training for employees across the organization. A crucial part of revamping the company’s college internship program and participated in all phases from on-site candidate screening, follow-up video screenings, offer letter presentations, job/project designation, and on-site orientation and onboarding.
