I accepted a promotion as a Member Service Representative where I broadened my customer service skills while offering both loan products and banking services to our members. I gained great multi-tasking skills within this position and increased my banking knowledge. I accepted another promotion within our Lending Center which works with customers who are seeking consumer loans via online and through telephone channels. Here I built my communication skills both over the phone and via email while juggling multiple consumer loan files. I accepted another promotion as a Consumer Loan Underwriter where I strengthened my analytical skills in reviewing consumer credit requests and also recommending up-sells for other consumer loan products. I have gained incredible experience and job skills during my career with Eastman Credit Union. I am always eager to learn new skills and I am highly interested to increase my sales skills. I have an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong interest in stock investing as well. I am also interested in start-up companies.
