Construction:I have more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and currently serve as Vice President of Silvey Construction, Inc. My responsibilities include project estimation, financial oversight, coordination with owners and design teams, and guiding projects from preconstruction through completion. Our work spans medical, dental, commercial, and light industrial projects throughout the Inland Northwest, with a focus on disciplined budgeting, clear communication, and consistent execution.Development:In 2008, I was a founding member of Legacy Group Development, and in 2024 helped launch SDH Development. Through these companies, we pursue both ground up development and acquisition of existing assets, including retail, medical office, and light industrial properties. Our focus is on identifying sound opportunities for us and our investor partners, structuring projects responsibly, and creating long term value through thoughtful ownership and management.
