Technical Program Manager and Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman specializing in software program management, systems architecture, requirements definition, integration, and test of complex software systems.More About Me:I currently lead the SDA Tranche 2 Transport Layer (T2TL) Ground Segment as its Chief Engineer. We are building a constellation of LEO satellites to provide assured, resilient, low-latency military data and connectivity worldwide. In this role, I manage a variety of cross-function technical teams to deliver incremental capability to cloud environments. I communicate priority, manage dependencies between teams, resolve technical issues, manage customer relationships, lead the design of new features, and more to ensure the successful execution of the program.Prior to T2TL, I led the SDA Tranche 1 Transport (T1TL) Ground Segment, including managing cost, schedule, and staffing for a multi-million dollar contract. I was highly involved in the day-to-day execution and technical aspects of the program and saw the system from development through production.Earlier in my career at Northrop Grumman, I worked in a variety of roles and technical areas, primarily on software programs. I\'ve developed code to support AI-driven autonomous systems, led the Integration & Test efforts for a large-scale Command and Control system, developed system architectures using MBSE, built a product roadmap and organized planning for a multi-million dollar space program, and led a technical team to implement new DevOps capabilities across multiple systems.I have completed both my degrees at the University of Michigan, including a Master of Engineering in Space Engineering in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science in April 2017. Outside of engineering, I enjoy playing drums, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, and cooking with my wife.
