Jared leads the commercial credit and nCino practices at Accenture focused on helping commercial banks identify ways to leverage proven tools, credit and treasury transformation blueprints and industry best technology to transform and radically improve their commercial credit delivery capabilities. Not only do we guide our clients through the transformation planning and design to include people, process and role design, we also provide our deep expertise in technology implementation to help firms de-risk the delivery of major technology solutions such as nCino, Salesforce and Loan Accounting Platforms. This helps firms minimize costs, improve overall integration, transform the client and employee experience and get to market faster. Jared has overall accountability for Accenture\'s commercial banking practice and oversees our global nCino program across all client engagements.
