   I am a Member of BNY’s Global Control Room Team, which ensures that BNY maintains sufficient information barriers between private and public bank employees to protect both client and institutional Material Non-Public Information (MNPI). My role focuses on the establishment and maintenance of programs and practices that ensure BNY\'s compliance with regulations on a global scale. Processed MNPI incidents and restricted securities in compliance with global regulations.Led team\'s horizon scanning efforts, keeping the Control Room updated regarding changing legal precedents and global banking and trading regulations. Collaborated with banking lines of business to monitor MNPI deals and train coordinators regarding BNY procedures and industry best practices. Focused on the maintenance of info barriers between public and private-side bank employees. Monitored electronic communications of Private-side employees for MNPI leaks and statements that could jeopardize the secrecy of confidential client information. Regularly collaborated with representatives from legal, compliance and ethics, and personal securities trading teams.
