As Practice Director, I have ownership of the growth and performance of CloudClevr’s Digital Workplace and Network Services practices across the UCaaS, CCaaS, Connectivity, and Mobile product pillars.I lead the practice function that partners closely with the account management teams, providing specialist overlay support across opportunity qualification, solution design, commercial shaping, and proposal development. This is delivered through a combination of sales specialists and consulting engineers, bringing deep technical and commercial expertise to help guide clients towards their desired outcomes.The practices also incorporate the solution engineering team, taking ownership post-order to ensure the successful delivery of projects and professional services in conjunction with the Customer Success and Project Delivery teams. A key element of the role is aligning with strategic vendor partners to support sales enablement and drive proactive, pillar-led campaigns. This includes joint go-to-market activity, developing sales plays and enablement content, and ensuring both practice and sales teams are equipped to execute consistently across the portfolio.
