Prepared project scope and AFEs; review construction drawings, bill of materials, and associated bid packages for pipelines compressors, and water transfer systems including waterlines, large-volume water storage, and pump station facilities. Evaluated pipeline hydraulics to determine adequate pipeline and compression sizing and rate/volume limitations based on pipeline capacity, class and cost. Managed a consistent project workload of $93MM+ while maintaining consistency across design and plan implementation.
