I am a Customer Service/Tech Service Rep with over 16 years experience in Customer Service/Tech Service field. I am an integral member of a cross functional team of sales, service, engineering, and customer service personnel dedicated to the aftermarket support of company products. Rico Manufacturing is a designer and manufacturer of specialized lift trucks utilized world wide in such industries as aerospace, automotive, military, steel, etc. I am responsible for trouble shooting, quoting replacement parts, processing orders,etc. Prior to Rico Equipment, I worked for PT Tech a subsidiary of EBO Group. PT Tech is a manufacturer of brakes, clutches, custom engineered products that serve mining, off-highway, recycling, agriculture, steel, aggregate processing. At PT Tech I started out as an assembler and was promoted several times where I finally ended up as a Service Administrator for the Rebuild Department. As a Service Administrator I was responsible for quoting repairs, processing orders, writing inspection reports, managing and improving product throughput. I enjoy working with people and making a difference. I look forward to the daily challenges of trouble shooting potentially new problems in Tech Service.
