ABOUT JARED OBEYESEKERE

I\'m a recent graduate from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology, where I developed a strong understanding of human behaviour, communication, and the social dynamics that shape healthy environments. My academic background continues to influence how I view workplace interactions, team dynamics, and the factors that help people feel supported and engaged.Across client service, event coordination, and team-focused roles, I’ve gained hands-on experience in how people interact with environments, navigate challenges, and build relationships. Through client-facing work, retail operations, and team support, I strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and contribute to positive workplace culture. These experiences gave me insight into how meaningful employee experience, strong communication, and supportive leadership shape both internal culture and client-facing outcomes.I’m especially interested in how psychology and social dynamics can inform employee engagement, organizational culture, and people-first practices. As I continue developing my career, I’m looking to gain hands-on experience in the People & Culture and Human Resources space, particularly in areas such as onboarding support, recruiting coordination, employee experience, and workplace culture initiatives.Let’s connect!
