As the most senior member of the CSM team, I have grown my portfolio year over year, expanded key business relationships through new opportunities and into new divisions of my customers, and won back churned clients through diligent outreach and continuing to foster the relationship after they left.I lead customer centric QBR\'s to provide value to our customers, ensuring the discussions are focused around their goals and metrics of success. I support these discussions with thorough data analysis, creating detailed reports through PowerBI and our internal reporting capabilities. I monitor customer usage metrics, track trends and identify areas to increase adoption so I am prepared for any conversation that happens with each customer.I collaborate across our Business Development, Support and Product teams daily to ensure customer needs are being met, product enhancements are being added to our roadmap, and to strategize for expansion.Recipient of the 2024 Max Patel Community Giving Award as chosen by my peers.
