I am a transformation and change management professional. I have a passion for tackling seemingly impossible problems and breaking them down into easy-to-understand terms. My project management experience has been enhanced by Raytheon CORE and 6-sigma certifications which help standardize problem solving difficult challenges into simple and clear components. I\'m accustomed to operating by influence and persuasion and I\'ve learned that the best way to ensure solutions stick is to involve the right stakeholders early on and build the solution together! My Marine Corps experience, including two combat tours to Afghanistan, has been instrumental in developing my leadership skills and broadening my awareness of the world. I\'ve led teams of Marines from various cultural backgrounds within the United States and also teams including Afghanistan National Forces. I\'ve led over 200 combat missions and have served under some truly inspiring leaders and have had the privilege and honor of leading some of America\'s absolute finest men and women.Intellectual challenges are an absolute must for me. I\'m motivated by challenges, and love finding new and effective ways to improve processes and businesses. I\'m interested in working for leaders who are ready to innovate and who care deeply about the welfare of their teams. I love to have fun and to build relationships with my teams! If military leadership has taught me anything, it\'s that we succeed or fail as a team. Investment in our people, whether that means finding good ones or helping the ones we have to excel and grow, has yielded the best results in my experience and has always been a worthwhile focus.
