He pioneered the modern prefab movement while at Marmol Radziner Prefab, a company he helped launch in 2004 and developed its product line. With a mission to bring modern living to a broader market, Jared co-founded Connect Homes in 2012 and served as both its CEO and Chief Product Officer. At Connect Homes, he built a robust product platform and manufacturing assembly line process, delivering over 900 modules to date nationwide. Jared developed award winning product lines, including ADU’s, infill homes, interim housing solutions and townhomes that all gained significant traction in the California market and beyond.
