I\'ve headed a major overhaul of our current North Logan City Employee handbook and made changes to the vehicle policy, paid holidays, P-card policy, tuition reimbursement, and leave accrual rates and schedules.I designed North Logan City\'s disciplinary system to provide more concrete consequences and timelines to help managers coach their workers and maintain a culture of punctuality, respect, and efficiency.I was in charge of the 2025 internship program and recruited, screened, interviewed, and hired 2 Civil Engineering interns, 5 Landscape Architecture interns, and 1 social media intern. I helped design the onboarding process for them including creating \"swag bags\" with North Logan apparel as well as a folder with relevant information related to employee benefits and management structure.I started and ran the North Logan City Employee Newsletter which included our Exemplary Employees of the month, birthdays, work anniversaries, high-five winners (individuals nominated by their coworkers for going above and beyond), and general announcements.I helped organize over a dozen employee luncheons and trainings including a URS training, back safety and lifting training, 7 Habits course, tree planting, Fire Dept. Recognition, and Employee Appreciation Month activities.
