   Jews In ALL Hues is an education and advocacy organization that supports Jews of Color and multi-heritage Jews. JIAH is one of the only independent Jewish social justice organizations in existence founded by a biracial, multi-heritage, Jew of Color millennial. An industry leader since 2009, Jews in ALL Hues (JIAH) provides educational enrichment, resiliency toolkit development, communal and prayer spaces for Jews of Color (JOC) to come together, celebrate and develop their personal and professional networks. JIAH imagines a future for the Jewish people where intersectional diversity and dignity are normative. JIAH works within the organized Jewish community to support, train, and consult to Jewish organizations that seek to live their values to equitably serve all Jews.Built and scaled a national nonprofit focused on Jews of Color and anti-bias training, serving over participants annuallyRaised over $1.5 million through grants, major donors, and national partnerships in the last four years alone; stewarded long-term donor relationshipsRecruited, developed, and led a representative team of 12 trainers and consultants across generations and backgroundsLed the strategic vision, program design, and operational execution of initiatives supporting racial equity and Jewish identityOversaw board development, governance, and national partnerships with leading Jewish institutionsDesigned flagship training on anti-racism, inclusion, and outreach for Jewish communities and institutions Managed over in project budgets for Jews in ALL Hues’s clients per year
