Being a successful leader has come from resilience, grit, and creative strategic problem-solving. I have learned many skills in the transportation, cannabis, fintech (SAAS and publishing), casino, hospitality, and development industries since starting as General Ledger Accountant at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in 2003 to managing $2.3B in construction cost for, at the time, the largest privately funded development in the world, CityCenter Las Vegas (an MGM Resorts property). Under the mentorship of my then CEO of CityCenter Bobby Baldwin, studying at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and Harvard Business Analytics Program, I have learned to innovate and lead by adapting to change while demonstrating dedication and mutual respect for all stakeholders.
