Results-driven leader with 15 years of progressive finance experience, including five years with a “Big Four” accounting firm, and nine years in finance leadership for a private equity backed, technology-based company that had employees and over $500 million in revenue at its peak. I have extensive experience leading successful teams in all areas of finance, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and financial reporting to both internal and external parties. I have navigated complex transaction and accounting issues including business combinations, debt issuance and restructurings, equity transactions, corporate restructuring, and accounting standards implementation. I have been involved with multiple debt raises and restructurings with a syndicate of lenders that included over $400 million in debt. Most recently I was a key part of the internal team at a SaaS healthcare tech provider securing $250 million in debt and equity financing to further growth and investment.

   I oversee the functions of accounting, tax, treasury, billing and support, and collections within Tebra. Tebra is a SaaS healthcare tech solution for independent practices, offering a unified platform for practice management, electronic health records, and patient experience. In my tenure with Tebra I have focused on the following- Bringing on and onboarding a new audit firm- Investigating and working with the business to address post-merger system complexities- Reviewing prior accounting approaches and making certain changes to better align with business history and future expectations- Partnering with the product team and other departments on creating new revenue generating business initiatives- A key part of the internal team helping to secure $250 million of debt and equity financing to bolster growth and product investment
