About Jared Hansen

Leading and managing people is my passion. I enjoy taking the skills I\'ve learned through my engineering career and apply them to solve complex systematic and programmatic problems. I do this through a servant-leadership and person-centered style that allows me to inspire and find the passions in those I supervise and continue to build their skills to the benefit of the company as a whole. My technical background is in RF and microwave design, good EMC practices, and PCB design for high speed analog and digital systems.
