About Jared Green
I grew up in a football home with a Hall of Fame Dad (Darrell Green) and ended up playing in the NFL myself. Suddenly, I realized that football wasn’t my purpose because purpose can’t be temporary and NFL means NOT FOR LONG 🤣. It was simply a passion that I enjoyed. So I left the gridiron to pioneer my life\'s mission: engaging people in organizations and empowering them to thrive at work with some bad ass technology! In 2017, I founded Engage, an workforce/HR tech/AI company that develops custom language models and other people strategy tools powered by AI as well as enterprise SaaS solutions to transform onboarding, workflow, and the employee experience. We are innovating the impact that individual contributors and leaders make every day. I ran a 4.27 40 yard dash but my real talent is running across the tech landscape to transform the future of work.
