Utilizing Engineering, Regulatory and Industry Standards as a Sr. Manager within Quality, I manage teams and multi-million-dollar projects within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Using over 15 years of experience within pharmaceuticals, I work with cross functional teams to create and establish process, procedures and best practices. As I work to build and create a new team for a startup site, I use my experience to establish a vision of innovative best practice standards. I mentor and train teams and individuals using my extensive knowledge in manufacturing and packaging in aseptic and solid dose process and equipment. A proven record of generating and building relationships, coaching and mentoring individuals to success I have been able to use those skills to deliver projects successfully. With a master’s degree in project management, I utilize PMBOK techniques to take projects from concept to production within budget, schedule, and scope while strategically identifying improvements for gaining efficiencies. The experience of managing projects from creation of scope to commercial operation, has allowed me the ability to understand the needs of the end user, the procurement requirements and the legal requirements. As I work to manage contract resources and the funding required to maintain these resources, understanding of the labor laws and the responsibilities as the hiring company is critical to maintaining productive relationships. Utilizing risk-based techniques such as failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HAACP) as part of the quality risk management process I have helped the project team to create a process for the startup facility. I have created team of high performing individuals, working cohesively toward project and operational successes in medium and large global pharmaceutical manufacturers and research organizations. I am motivated by creating a collaborative, inclusive and learning environment for my teams. I encourage members to challenge the process and think broadly while maintaining quality and efficient execution.
