I am an experienced Project Director with over 9 years of leadership in HIV/AIDS programs, specializing in data-driven decision-making, technical assistance, and team management. My work spans all areas of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP), where I’ve partnered with HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), federal agencies, and community-based organizations to strengthen HIV care and support services nationwide.Throughout my career, I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams to design, implement, and disseminate innovative tools, resources, and best practices that improve outcomes for people with HIV. I bring deep expertise in clinical quality management, program evaluation, and provider training, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for health systems and grantees.I’m passionate about reducing disparities in health outcomes and building sustainable improvements in HIV service delivery. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability — ensuring that programs are both effective and responsive to the communities they serveI graduated with a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Georgia in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from GC & SU in 2014 with a Minor in Women’s Health.
